Good service: Last week I called in an order of take out food for two people. When I went to pick it up, my order was not ready and I had to wait about 10 minutes for them to get it together. When the hostess came out, she apologized for being late and said that they had added an extra appetizer for my trouble. I thought that was excellent service, and one I was not expecting.
Poor service was a time when I had my car towed out to a garage. Along the way they managed to break off a part of the grille. When I brought it to their attention, they argued that it was not their fault, even though it was clearly a new break, Irritating! I won't go back there.
