Ok. Well when a customer a wants to return a gps system that he bought and used for two months, when policy clearly states that gps systems can not be returned after 15 days, you tell the customer that is policy, but if there is something wrong with they item, that if he wishes to contact the manufacturer, they should be able to do something for him. If customer a's gps system worked fine, he just decided that he didn't want it anymore, then you again politely explain the policy, and, which management approval, offer store credit in return,
