It is "kind of " true that Mckayla Maroney has had a nose job... Because of all that jumping around, throwing her legs in the air and cartwheeling across gym mats - Mckayla has smashed her nose up a few times and HAS had surgery to mend it.
However, the term "nose job" usually refers to purely cosmetic surgery whereas, although the doctors may have taken the opportunity to make Mckayla's nose even more aesthetically pleasing, the reason she was having the surgery in the first place was strictly because of injury.
