I have a rental agreement that has my forged signature, done by the landlord. Is it fraud?

Yes.  If your landlord forged your signature to a contract that you had not read, or did not agree to the terms, yes.

Yes it is fraud and you need to contact a Lawyer specializing in Contracts, Leases, Deeds etc and sue him for whatever relief you want from this which you may need to decide before seeing the Lawyer.  Good luck
