Give a specific example of a time when a co-worker or classmate criticized your work in front of others. How did you respond? How has that event shaped the way you communicate with others?

Again I can give you numerous occasions,  but the main point here is I took this as creative criticism and learned from it and passed it on.  I also learned never ever to critique someone in front of others as it proves nothing and usually is no one elses business. I didn't like it when it was done to me and won't do it to anyone else and never have unless it was an emergency situation where someone may have been hurt if I hadn't.
