I have a talking parrot! Her name is Birdie. She narrates our day.

When I was a kid I wanted a monkey ... Till I heard somewhere they throw poop . So no monkey ! And I've heard that parrots live a long long long time and I have commitment issues so no parrot for me either then . But of the two I'd pick a monkey. The non poop throwing kind . And not the scary looking ones with the red butts either. Those ones freak me out.
I'd like a monkey, but only if he knows how to make a good pizza.
I wanted a parrot, but I know people who have one, and they say that it is very loud.
