No. That doesn't make any sense. You should not have "free time" at work. You're there to work, not lounge around on your phone watching videos. Your free time is the time not spent at work or at school. That's why it's called "free time".

That all depends on your job ... And how much you want to keep it. If you don't do your job .. You'll have lots of free time and most of it will be spent looking for another job.
