Ummmm..... I would call a different towing service! Triple A's first question when you call them is "Are you in a safe spot or do you need me to dispatch police to you?" Call Triple A. I am very happy with their service.

Get your vehicle to a safe place if you can.

Use road flares.

If you can turn on your hazard lights

Gather your belongings that you will need...remember insuramce papers

Only if its safe stay in your vehicle. Get out if yout vehicle is in line of being hit by another.

Call police if you feel you are in danger or your vechile might be a cause of a potential accident because of its situation.

Stay out of the way when the tow truck comes.

There are several things that may happen while you wait for a towing vehicle to arrive. So it’s good to be aware of a few ideas that are simple enough to stay safe. Below are some points:

  • Park your vehicle in a place that does not cause traffic build up.

  • Keep the hazard lights ON (Especially at night)

  • Be very cautious even with people who are offering any help

  • Keep the required documents ready

Hope this will help you. If you want to know more about it then
