I do not think that it is possible to give a list of general weaknesses that are common to every secretary. Every human being is different and unique in his own way. Therefore it is bound that each one would have his or her good points and bad points. Therefore I do not think that it is possible to say which of the sure weaknesses are found in a secretary.
Thus you would have to try and learn about the weakness of a secretary over a period of time and then help to try and overcome those weaknesses. But you would also have to learn that no mortal is perfect and would have to adjust with some or the other weaknesses to a certain extent because even you would have your own limitations.
