Well I think it's all voluntary. The vets and vet nurses there get paid though. And for a Vet that can average from 20,000 to 100,000 + a year. And a vet nurse can earn from 10,000 to 30,000 a year. It also depends which country too. Personally I think that America and Australia pay better than the UK

I Think its how much you do a lot of work but you do have to be pulled out to places but if you do the job sucessfully you might get a lot more
