When you first start a job, you either take it up because of three reasons one is because the money is good, or because your vision and the company's vision matches and you relate to it, or you think that this particular company will give you the experience and opportunity to grow. There are others who work not considering any other factor but that of the finance, they take up a particular job because they have to feed your kids. I will have a one sided answer if you ask me what appeals to me in a job, its you who should introspect and think about the fact that why you took the job you took and what is it about the company or the office that appeals to you and adds value.
