I am suffering from fever and throat infection since last night,so I am not able to come to office today,so pls grant me a leave for one day.

Can a doctor full out a sick leave form for someone giving that person three days off from the 7TH to 9TH, then write that the person may return to work before the expired date ,if pain subsise
