The same as it is with any group or committee, a lack of corporation is the biggest weakness, if it was not my idea than I'm not going along with it and will create conflict within the team to get the majority to create havoc within the group, not being on time or not showing up at all, a team is meant to click and stand together with whatever they set out to do and accomplish...the best to you one person can ruin or up lift the entire team, remember togather we stand and divided we fall.
