I was able to go online and print mine and a few days later, received a copy in the mail. I am not in Washington though so not sure what the differences are. You can always call the unemployment office and ask. That would give you the best answer.

Well I have a friend that lives I Washington and she has not received here's the me either and I live in tn but the best thing to do is to call your employer and ask usually places have until the end of January to send out w2's.
