If these are not correct then you may be able to find some of the other videos online that give you a screenshot style view as they take you through completion of the game. However there does not seem to be a White Collar basic training - Cipher video yet.
Another, and probably faster alternative method to finding the answers, rather than having to wait for the video, would be to visit blogs or forums. With this kind of puzzle game you will find that many other people have posted similar questions to your own and who may have already had it answered. This is quite a popular puzzle game so you should not have too much trouble getting an answer from a gamer who has already completed it.
