Yes they should let you sell Avon again. I sold Avon in 07 and I owed them some money ... I just started selling Avon this past Saturday with no problems.

Once you pay them back they may , it depends on your history with them and how much you owe them I would imagine .
They are a company and need to trust people who work for them as any other job .
