What town is these all taking place/ It sounds like things that went on a long time ago in New York. But tiggersmom is correct in you not even being able to work anywhere at the age of 15. Not until you are 18 can you get a job at a restaurant. A boss can not hurt you either. It is against the law in any State. Pleas don't put up with these kind of treatment. Get help.There are Safe homes for these type of abuse at home.

Each state has different age limits when a child can work. In Florida it is 14 and you can only work 20 hrs a week. It's sad that your father wants you to build a work ethic so soon but what you learn from this experience will stay with you for a lifetime. I hope you get to keep your pay. You must learn to organize your time, give up video game time and do your homework. Your boss can be criminally charged for battery, No boss has the right to hit you. No man has the right to hit and dominate you.

Now that you are saying all of this, you really need to call the police. It is against the law to beat your children the way you are saying, and I can't understand how a boss would let you work long hours either. There are child labor laws, and they aren't even supposed to have you near a dishwasher because you can get burned from the water. Please call the police and file a report about the abuse that you are going through. Hope this helps, God bless you.
