You can easily digest top local news in less than 30 minutes. But it really depends on the objective, what type of news you are seeking and how much detail you want in your information diet.
Do we really need 2 hours of local news every night?
I actually go back and forth between the 4 local stations. Which really aren't local to me at all. I have to do this in order to catch any news about my area. There was a huge fire by me a few days ago. Only one station gave a 60 second report on it. I actually got more info by calling one friend up the road. Considering it was at the interstate and near homes, you think there would have been more coverage. Nope, all the stations kept repeating the same news: The zealot pastor, Casey Anthony, Fla. Fantasy lingerie team. No real news.
I don't and who has time to watch or listen to that!!
