Studying organizational behavior helps to understand aspects such as how individuals behave as part of a group or organization.

It can help employers understand what it takes to motivate people to help the company succeed in its goals, it can also develop an understanding of what drives productivity and cohesiveness in a group.

This can, in turn, help determine what type of management or leadership is required to draw out the optimal and most efficient result out of a team or workforce.

Organizational behavior is a very important field of study, which is why you won't find a business studies course in this land that doesn't include it in its curriculum.

It is a way of understanding the fundamentals or things like group behavior and human nature, with the objective of using that knowledge to improve ROI.
