Can I transfer my Virginia nursing assistant license to Pennsylvania?

I do not live in Pennsylvania, so I would recommend calling the State Board of Nursing to confirm. According to the State board you must do the following.

Nurses licensed outside this state seeking Pennsylvania licensure as an RN or LPN who are requesting licensure by endorsement can download the application for licensure by endorsement:

This grants a Temporary Practice Permit (TPP). After you have a TPP, you submit a Verification of Licensure form to get full license:
