Basically! Unions are a bargaining voice for it's members as well as for other things.
But! Unions are trying to make a comeback!
All unions are doing in this time.
Is just making sure that its leaders are are always getting the most then its members although!
The leaders will not admit to it.
There are some good unions and not so good unions.
