Is it in the budget? If you quit will you be able to pay your bills? If you want a different job get training on the side and then quit once you are prepared.
Or start a side buisness and once your income overtakes your current job.
What is the right thing to do? My heart is saying I should not leave my job but my mind keeps telling me I should go because I'm not happy with the people around me :(
