No, not at all. Every good Manager wants and loves to hear ideas no matter how trivial it may seem to you from all their employees. Now its up to the Management to bring to whoevers attention can do something about it. Many businesses actually give rewards for ideas than are actually implamented within the company  and sometimes from the suggestion box comes a Management team combined with hard work
