No, you're responsible to give consumers what they want, if you don't they find another source.

When dealing with people, expect the unexpected and youll never be disappointed.  Its pretty much a guaranteed that if it can happen, people will find a way to do it.  With this in mind, Customer Service personel need to be prepared to think outside the usual work box to keep the customer happy within reason as there are times people will do something really stupid.  For example, my Youngest Daughter is a Customer Service Manager at the main flagship store for a major food supermarket  here in Central Florida, where the other day a customer tried to return meat bought over a year ago and said they just bought it and needles to say, the customer lost on this one but people will surely try

I'm not real sure. The level of intellect seems lower then what ask had, I think because so many kids are on here. There seems to be a lot more Q's directed to ignorance and stupidity, then serious questions. And I really don't like the anonymous feature. It leaves the door wide open for trolls. I'm surprised that JW, that was posting over on Ask has not come over here, I forget his or her name.

Although I have made a few "friends" here, but not like I had on Ask. But then again a few that would never have followed me on ask are following me here LOL.
