When dealing with people, expect the unexpected and youll never be disappointed. Its pretty much a guaranteed that if it can happen, people will find a way to do it. With this in mind, Customer Service personel need to be prepared to think outside the usual work box to keep the customer happy within reason as there are times people will do something really stupid.
