Depends on what kind of work you're looking for! In general though, it's fairly easy.

Where I live is virtually impossible unless one is willing to drive to Orlando or Tampa for work but there is work in both places

Super easy. Go to college, get good grades, get internships during the summer, graduate, and BAM job offers. The only question is WHERE you're going to work your first job. Which determines the opportunities you'll have in the next 2 years.

If you worked hard to get into a high ranking school and a good GPA. Google, Apple, Amazon, Tesla, SpaceX, Oracle, Cisco etc. Etc. It also determines your starting pay. We pay 80k minimum, but if you have a bunch of internships especially if it was with us we could start you a few levels higher to the tune of 105k to even 120k. PhDs get 105k-150k starting salary. Depends on your negotiating skills and using the offers you get from other companies to negotiate.
