Coat the entire wall with chalkboard paint. Use acrylic paint to paint a tree trunk and limbs. On this tree outline the leaf shapes with green. Essentially this will leave an empty area with in the leaf structures for the students to write comments. Ask them to write down what they have learned that day in the leaves. You could call it The Tree Of Knowledge :)
