Any place where you get a clear understanding of the NEED for college and a career . . Not just a job.
Both my boys work/worked in the "Food Service" field in the local Hospital. Pay was fantastic, for first job, and for the most part they are working in air conditioned environment bringing food to patients.
They only found out how good this job is when their friends tell them about their jobs.
