You've posted this anonymously in the manner of our regular spammers. If you're serious it will be necessary to know what sort of female speakers you want to hire and to address what kind of group. What are your needs? (A group of radical feminists, for instance, would prefer a different speaker to, say, a Baptist retirement village.)
