If life reverted back to us living in the wild, do you think you could kill animals for food or do you think you would end up being a vegetarian?

Oh yeah, absolutely. When you get hungry enough you can surprise yourself what you'll do to survive. I'm not sure getting food would even be the biggest problem (What animals, btw?), competition for what little food there is would be worse. What about fresh water? Yikes.

There's a vast difference between killing for food and killing for pleasure. Most of us, myself included, would do what was necessary. Kangaroo is pretty tasty if you cook it slowly.

It would take a bit of learning to skin an animal and all that but I'd do it in a heartbeat to survive. Heck, I'd go hunting now if I owned a gun and a partner to hunt with.

I doubt if agonizing over killing animals for food would be the biggest problem. I'm thinking with the sheer population of humans, that would all be facing the challenges of survival .. Just trying to find food of any kind as well as shelter and clean water would lower ones focus on the eating meat issue.
