Get thee to a temp place. Some jobs can run one day or several weeks or months and you'll be able to get a sense of the business you're in to see if you want to work full-time there.
Get another job.
Even if it's not in your chosen career, it looks better to have ANY job on your resume than to have NO job.
I've been laid off a couple times - and found minimum wage jobs within the first week. From an employer's viewpoint, they'll wonder why you couldn't find SOMETHING in 6 months. (Again, even if not in your chosen career)

Get another job even if it's temporary would be the logical solution .. However, if you need cash fast ..then have a yard or garage sale and sell off typcial stuff that you don't need or use anymore .. This is a two fold solution as it cleans up your household of typical 'junk' no one uses and it gives you some pocket money with very little effort.
