I am tired, but I have so much work that I need to finish by tomorrow. Any suggestions that don't include caffeine; I've tried it and it doesn't work for me?

Some good exercise will wake you up and get the blood flowing and just might help out. You can also try standing when you're doing your work as this decreases fatigue from sitting too much. Have a nice glass of Gatorade or something like that. Just don't bother with the energy drinks as they are horrible for your body. Good luck.
