I just left my small company job I was at for 3 years total to work at a larger company. The pay is around the same and similar field. It was a hard choice because that company was like a family to me? Why am I having doubts whether I made the right decision or not? Would you have made this move if you had to choose?

We can’t answer this for you because everyone has different reasons for leaving.

You might have a better opportunity to make more money at this larger company. Maybe benefits are better.

Just because you left the other company you can still be friends with the people.

When you instigate a change in your life, it is stressful.

It is also normal to second guess yourself about your decision.

If the new job doesn't work out as well as you hope, you can change again.
