Has Anyone Done A Loan Modification On A Auto Loan? I've Had A Job Change (less Salary But At Least I'm Still Employed; Some Can't Say That This Year). But I Don't Want To Be Paying The Note On This Vehicle For The Rest Of My Life Either. Any Advice?

There is truly no way to do a loan modification, cars unlike homes loose value over the years , so why would a bank rework the loan if in the end they will loose, if a repossession still incurs all these company's say they can but they are just pulling a scam, I work for an auto lender and from day one they have said there is no way to redo the loans the only option is to look at other financial institutions to do a refinance and You don't have to pay a third party company to do that.

Has anyone heard of Save the American Dream. I had a Kevin Morgan call to modify my car loan. He said I qualify and can reduce my interest rate from 11% to 6%. The fee is $350.00 for paperwork.

Total Scam! Set up for identity theft!
They take your money and your personal info and do nothing.
We checked the bank they never where contacted by them. Two guys run it (checked Corp papers) they will be the only ones calling all the time.  Fax will be inactive. They double charged my CC.
Worst thing they will have is your personal info including SS#.
We have reported them to the FCC and they station they were on.

Go through you bank or loan holder to work with them direct.

I dealt with this company too! Bad results!!! I also contacted www.mylowpayment.net and this peopl actually guaranteed my results or money back. My payment dropped $103 dollars.

I am still waiting for my refund on from auto relief.

Class action lawsuit? Don't waste your time and money, chargeback to the CC your bank will understand and refund your money.

Yes, I know the problem...just got cut from my work and have a SUV with a large payment.  I was referred to a company called, National Auto Options.  You can find them at www.nationalautooptions.com  They were able to get my payments deferred for 3 months as a short term solution. Now, they are working on getting a refinance on the balance of the loan to get my payments down to a reasonable amount.  I really like the attention they have given me so far.  It's worth not dealing with the bank on this one.

Friends, you can try with Auto Relief Group, they will give you a report called "Option Report" wherein you will come to know the different options you have and you can choose the one which suits you. They helped one of my friend and now he is saving 238 dollars every month.
This figure might look small but helps a lot during financial crisis, recession or whatever.

Overall great service by these guys.
Here is their homepage link www.autoreliefgroup.com

Almost all of these are scams. One of the worst is Keepyourcartoday.com. They all charge advanced fees and do little or nothing for you, You are better off just working with your creditor directly

After calling almost every car loan modification company, I was very happy in finding Auto Debt Relief. What surprised me was that this company was the only one that offered 100% Money Back Guarantee if they cannot modify your car loan payments.
Thanks God, I didn't need the money back, they reduced my car payments from $782 to $421. The whole process took almost one month. Now, they are working on reducing my house mortgage payments.
Their phone number is 1-800-505-3039 and the website is www.autodebtrelief.com

The Auto Loan Modification industry has changed within the past 2-3 months because of car auctions having 10 times more inventory than normal.  My sister, Shannon, just got an auto loan modification from a large company called Auto Relief Group (ARG).  Their site is www.autoloansmodification.com.   It was a couple week process, but they took care of everything.  Just like a home modification, if you choose the wrong company to process your request, it can take months or never even happen.  She got burned by 2 law firms that promised to get it done, but never accomplished anything.  So, do your due diligence, but I know she highly recommends ARG.

Good luck!
