Tylenol is acetaminophen. Advil is ibuprofen.
Acetaminophen is indicated for pain & fever. Ibuprofen is indicated for osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, pain, dysmenorrhea & fever.
Acetaminophen is analgesic & antipyretic but not anti-inflammatory. Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).
Joint pains are usually due to inflammation.  So, ibuprofen (Advil) is better.

Some communities in my location are using pure coconut for their hair. Some still have lice.   The manufactured coconut shampoo & conditioners probably have ingredients that are used to get rid of lice. So it's not the coconut but the added chemicals that are effective.
