English and any other selection of humanities you listed would do, and you will need 2 A's and a B in order to get into any decent university (though when you receive the you.C.A.S book at the beginning of your second year of A-levels the points required for each course by each uni will be shown), which seems you are in East Anglia the closest would be a London university (unless of course you do really well and can get into Cambridge!) Institutions tend to look at your G.C.S.E results before giving you a conditional offer, so I hope that you have mainly A's. It is very likely that you will have to attend an interview before being accepted to a place on a course so be prepared!!

Well I'm doing law final year in cambridge I would suggest that you take my advice it is very important to get grade c or above in english also try and get a gcse in any other language eg.french , german. And when you are going to do a levels I would suggest that you take english lit.. And a language because it would be very helpful also you might want to take up subject eg. History and r.e there also very help full, but to get into Cambridge you would need a's and b's so try hard and listen to my advice and hopefully you will make it just as me I'm following my dream so good luck!!!
