Ok , I'm 13 to , and I babysit its great and your right if you love little children then you should be ch ours after them not an older sibling who really doesn't want to so heres what I did:
1) Find two close reliable friends who like children to and are willing to work
2) Make leaflets , post them through peoples doors who live in the area.The leaflets must include details, vague prices , times , always say that a mature responsible baby sitting agency.
3)make sure when (if) you get calls you have a book ready take there number address , take all the obvious details (time , place , age of child) always ask for any allergy's the child suffers from
4) always appear well groomed and confident , smile , never avoid eye contact with the child or ignore them as a way of acting mature in front of the parents. After the adults have left have a 'get to know' meeting when you find out the childs dislikes-likes. Make sure you get homework ch ours out of the way then do the obv snack , play , tv , bed
5) always make sure your parents know everything your going and get them to drop you of and pick you up , have their Numbers on speed dial and hopefully all will go well. Hope this helps , and now I have to go get myself ready for a night of baby sitting ,the privilege has worn off but I still love it!
