Most people are compensated based on one of three things 1) an hourly wage 2) monthly salary 3) piece rate/commission.  The wages earned as a result of these are called "gross wages".  From the gross wage taxes and other deductions are subtracted.  Examples are FICA, Medicaid, Social Security, and State taxes.  Other deductions may include union dues, uniform service, parking, etc.  What is left over is called "net wages".  This is the amount you will receive in your paycheck.

Your question refers to "using trade unions and diagrams".  Unfortunately this system doesn't allow graphics to be inserted.  The closest I found to a wage diagram was one from the Australian government that discussed whether or not taxes should be deducted from a salary. law.ato.gov.au

As to "using trade unions", the only relationship I am aware of is that of wage agreements as a result of collective bargaining.  This is where the union negotiates a wage scale based on some factors agreeable to both the union and the business.

Wages vary from person to person and from place to place. A good qualified and skilled person will get more wages than an unskilled and less qualified person.

The area and institution also define your wages. If you are employed in a good organization or institution, they will give you good wages. City Metropolitan always offer good wages than towns and small cities.

Most of the time wages are determined on how much exsperiance you may have..how long you have worked in that type of job. Now on the other hand if you are friends with a boss or a head owner and they give you what they think is fair or maybe more than needed
