Dear ______,

I am writing you in regards to my request to change my roster pattern.
I am currently scheduled to work every Thursday and Saturday of the month from 13h00 to 21h15. (military time? Try 1pm to 9:15pm)
From October 1st, I would like to altar, if possible, my work schedule due to recent changes in my academic schedule. Ultimately, I would like to be able to switch my Thursday evening shift to an earlier shift on either Monday or Tuesday. I understand the uncertainties of the business and that the demand for flights can change throughout the week. Keeping the demand in mind I would like to work on a day where there is a greater need for an ample supply of agents.

Below I have listed viable options that fit my schedule and I wanted to give you the flexibility to determine which option would better suit the business as a whole.
