If you are trying to get an ICBC salvage licence , you will not get one without a storage compound,agreement with a repair facility,and or a dealers licence. Your best bet is to try hook up with some one that already has a salvage licence and will allow you to buy through them! A salvage licence is not needed to buy salvage from private insurance companies!!
