Assuming you work a 40 hour a week job, you can take your rate of pay and multiply it by 2080--the number of hours in a 40 hour a week job.  Or you can take your hourly pay times 40, and then times 52--the number of weeks in a year.  That assumes that you get paid for holidays.  If you don't get paid holidays, your hours will be less, and your salary will be less.
 
So, if you make $10.00 an hour, times 2080, you make $20,800/year.
