Basically psychological interviews are very different from the ordinary interviews because the aim of psychological interviews is to assess the behavior of the candidate under stress. All of the companies do not go for such interviews but the organizations where the nature of tasks is complex are carrying out such interviews. These interviews also highlight the capability of an individual to response to danger situations. These interviews are conducted in the hiring of CIA officers, police agents, firefighters and DEA etc. On the other hand, ordinary interviews just deal with knowing the personality and capabilities of the candidates.
