What makes it hard for non native English speakers to find jobs?

Currently its all the new Immigration laws that have just been put into effect

It's probably due to the fact that their English isn't as strong or fluent as native speakers.  Employers want people with a good command of English, especially with slang or colloquial English which most foreigners will struggle with.  That's why over here most foreigners or immigrants have to pass a Use of English proficiency test.

In a lot of jobs you ave to know at least Englis and Spanis in te U.S.
