How do you feel about having a manager's responsibility in today's world characterized by uncertainty, ambiguity, and sudden changes or threats from the environment?Describe some skills and qualities that are important to managers under these conditions .
In my opinion, a manager is a leader for his organization. There are 3 main responsibilities for a manager.
- To provide drive to his employees.
- To give them right direction
- And to motivate the employees in day to day work.

Planning - Involves setting goals or target and resourcing for their achievement
Organising - Involves organisational chart
Staffing - Provide the human resource required, assign them responsibilities or delegate to them responsibilities.
Directing and controlling - Monitoring to ensure bottlenecks to the achievement of targets are removed

Mangers responsibility is from making goals to fulfilling it. In short managers responsibility is to control, plan, lead and organize.
Decision making, goal setting, planning and organizing, guiding and giving directions, being an influence on others, analyzing problems and things, providing satisfaction for both the staff and the customers.
Manager's job is to
