What's the disadvantage and advantage of letting my co-wokers know what's on my mind?

There really aren't any advantages here, only disadvantages as these can and will be used against you so a major lesson in business of any kind is to learn to keep your mouth shut and youll go a lot farther
you know people usually think doing this would be full of disadvantages like people using it against you , twisting it and telling someone else , but honestly I think there are many advantages as well , as in like who wants to work with someone too perfect in everything they do , like if it were me sure I would tell you whats on my mind , like what im doing now etc. I think this will cause the co workers to think of me as friendly and not conserved in just work , and that maybe you're feeling the same as they do , stressed , excited etc. Theres nothing wrong with that , though is it was something like giving payback to some other co worker or something don't suggest you let that off your mind any time soon.. Haha joking
