First, you have to know if they offer it online. Not everyone does. Talk to your manager.
Secondly, if they do not offer it online, everyone has to have their W2's mailed out by January 31st.
So, talk to your manager about if they offer it online. If not, wait a few days and it will be in the mail to you.
