I've got two and used them for only a few weeks. I was much happier banging nails for a living.
I worked in my major for 15 years, before switching careers. I must say the education that degree represents has served me in many ways.
Mine is a lowly AA, and a general studies at that. What it has done is gotten my foot in the door on lower level jobs in corporations. Once in the door with a good work ethic I was often promoted quickly up to the positions that many people who had BA and BS degrees started and often passed them on the climb up. The moral of this is a good work ethic and not expecting things to be handed to you just because you have that degree will get you further.
All I had was what I was studying at which university and the expected graduation date written on my resume before it started working,
To use and used up.
I retired some time ago.
