Take a Realtor course.
Hey guys this is a weird question but its regarding looking for a job i may plan to work as a estate agent but i have no experience working and also i have never worked as a estate agent what advice would you guys give to someone like me who has never worked as a estate agent but would like to and also i am from the UK
In the US you need to be licensed to be a realtor. My niece recently got her license. She interned at a realty office. She did a lot of unglamorous jobs, such as stuffing envelopes or running out to get lunch for people, etc.. But she also learned quite a bit about property sales.
First, learn how to use punctuation, English, syntax and sentence structure. Secondly, get a marketing qualification. After you have done those things come back and ask again.
I have read this and a number of other questions you have posted recently, and Blue Violet, you are way out of line with your comments to those who answer you.
You are a new person on the block who has only been here since July, and yet you think you have the right to insult the long time and highly respected members who answer your questions and also point out your weaknesses.
If you think the answers you are getting are too "damn rude," feel free to establish your own Q & A site and make whatever rules you want.
Also, learn how to use Google. I simply highlighted part of your question regarding changing a number from one base to another and searched for an answer---not surprisingly, I found a number of sites that show you how to do that manually.
And if you want to be a realtor in the UK---where you say you live---wouldn't the obvious and logical thing to do be to simply go to a realty office and ask someone there how to become a realtor?

His advice to you is correct. If you don’t want to be told the correct way to do things don’t ask.
