I think they both are depending upon the situation your dealing with. Men are good with scary, physically challenging, or stressful situations because our brains are hardwired to be able to go headstrong into those situations in fact some of us thrive on it. However women are more equipped to deal with situations that require fitness and delicacy (no not like doing the dishes lol.) but more like a medical situation or something, they are more intuitive and empathetic than most males. So that's my take we both have strong points. Please rate my answer.
