What Are The Qualifications For Federal Unemployment Extension?

In NC they are picking and choosing who gets the extension based on salary. I have been unemployed since oct 2008 I just exhausted my tier 2 /EB so 'I was told due to salary reason I did not make enough money for the quarter;. Check with your state and Good luck, I will no longer be getting money. Thanks to the GOVERNMENT!!!!

This is my last week of a 13 week extension to my Ohio unemployment benefit. Will I qualify for any additional unemployment benefit beyond this extension by the state or federal stimulas packages?
