What Are The Qualifications For New Jersey Unemployment Extension?

You don't have to do nothing. The UI office will send you a letter to tell you if your eligible for any extended benefits.For NJ you can receive after you exhaust your regular 26 weeks UI benefits, EUC08 at 33 weeks and EB program benefits at 13 weeks after you exhausted all EUC08 benefits first.

This my last week getting benefits...how does extension work,,do they automatic give me the extension or I have to file again

Are their going to be any further extentions of unemployment since our benefits ran out over a month ago, its really hard to keep up with our bills , food ,gas has gone up and continues to go up .  Help!

My regular benefits are getting set to end this week and I know an extension is automatically filed and I should be receiving info soon.

I was receiving the extension check dated 11-14-09 to 11-21-09 child support services of
piscataway n.j. Did not update their records to child support was given to my children from
aug.2009. They deducted child support from the first check which was an error. Child support
tells me now they don't admit to the error,however the case is closed I have been trying to reach services by phone for over two months, either call at a different time or you
finally contact the services your call is important to me wait for a person they pick up the phone and hang it up. I am owed services from nov 21 09 to date.please assist me
of a way I can get these benefits?child support should not be deducted. How do I get the
first child support deduction which was a mistake.

I am tier 2 that has been exhausted in PA.  I was advised that my situation depends on state extension in NJ since I am a resident there.  How to I continue to receive benefits.  I am in school and schedule to graduate in 8 months.  My employeement ended when my position was phased out to to the company being purchased.  Also the location in that state closed.

I was denied another extention. I was out of work for eleven months, went back to work for six months, was layed off, reopened my claim. Ran that dry, now they denied my extention. They said I could appeal, but want do they want in the letter. Can I just file a new claim for the six months I worked.?

Please advise if is there is another extension I still cannot find a job.
